Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 31, 2016, at around 10:25, the Defendant driven a Dap truck without obtaining a driver's license from around approximately 300 meters to around the village of the Do of the Do in the Kimhae-dong, which is located in the Kimhae-dong, from around 10:25 to around the Do of the Do.
