The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The Defendant’s crime of this case’s unfair determination on the sentencing of the Defendant is not against the victim’s death and injury to the victim’s body. Rather, the Defendant’s crime of this case was committed for the purpose of retaliation, and the nature of the crime is bad. The Defendant committed the crime of this case during the repeated crime period, the victims were unable to normally engage in daily life due to fear of the Defendant, and the directors were considered, and the Defendant did not receive any remedy from the victims and did not make efforts to recover damage. In full view of the following factors: (a) the Defendant among various sentencing factors, was led to the Defendant’s confession of the crime of this case; (b) the Defendant did not directly harm the victims’ body; and (c) the Defendant was likely to have difficulty in any normal accident due to alcohol dependence; and (d) the Defendant was favorable to the Defendant, the Defendant’s punishment cannot be deemed to exceed the reasonable scope of discretion.

The defendant's assertion that the sentencing of the court below is unreasonable is not accepted.

2. The defendant's appeal is dismissed on the ground that it is without merit.
