Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who is engaged in driving the electric kickboard.

At around 16:20 on October 4, 2019, the Defendant driven the electric kickboard, and driven a road in front of Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on a one-lane road from the string of drinking-do to the tegrogate.
