Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On March 03, 2013, the Defendant, as a driver of the vehicle Bi 30 vehicle, was prohibited from driving a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol at around 01:10 on March 03, 2013, while under the influence of alcohol at 0.197%, the Defendant driven approximately 2:3 km from the alley on the road near the mouth station located in the Yong-dong of Gwangjubuk-gu to the gold wave announcement in the same Gu Haakdong.
