Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is a Bone Star driver.
On January 5, 2013, at around 01:00, the Defendant turned back the street map of 1455-34, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, at a speed of less than 10km in the direction of the Gu citizen center in the direction of the new engineer distance.
In this case, since there is a place where the central line cannot be exceeded, there was a duty of care to safely bypass along the vehicle line to prevent accidents.
Nevertheless, the defendant is proceeding in the direction of the long distance of the old citizen center in the direction of the new engineer distance.
In the middle of the extension of the central line to the opposite direction of the old citizens' center, the driver's length passed over the opposite direction, and again, the victim C (30 years old) who reported and suspended the sea-going vehicle in the direction of the new engineer distance in the direction of the old citizens' center was driving ahead of the first two lanes in the direction of the new engineer distance. The victim C (30 years old) was able to receive a part of the front part of the driver's length of the DNA driver's vehicle in the front part after the left side of the sea-going vehicle.
Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of treatment for about two weeks due to occupational negligence, such as breaking the central line above.
