1. The Defendants jointly share KRW 80,505,945 with respect to the Plaintiff and the period from March 1, 2017 to August 16, 2018.
Reasons
Basic Facts
1) The Plaintiff between B and B around November 15, 2013, as well as the building C of the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City (hereinafter “instant building”) owned by B.
As to the insured B, the insurance period from November 15, 2013 to November 15, 2016, the fire insurance amount of KRW 500,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000.
B) On July 18, 2016, between D and D, the building E and F companies owned by D (hereinafter “the building adjacent to this case”).

(2) The Defendant Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd.”) concluded a fire insurance contract with Defendant A with respect to the part on the first floor of the instant building leased and occupied by Defendant A (hereinafter “instant leased part”) from August 21, 2015 to August 21, 2020, with the insurance coverage amounting to KRW 50 million, and the amount of fire liability security amount as KRW 300 million.
