1. On June 20, 2014, the Plaintiff (Counterclaim Defendant) paid KRW 205,686,00 to the Defendant (Counterclaim Plaintiff) and KRW 79,00,000 among them.

A principal lawsuit and a counterclaim shall be deemed simultaneously.

1. Basic facts

A. The Plaintiff is an individual entrepreneur who manufactures and sells machinery with the trade name of “B,” and the Defendant is a company that manufactures and sells machinery.

B. On May 23, 2014, the Plaintiff: (a) on the part of the Defendant: (b) on the part of the Defendant, 1; (c) on the part of the film board automatic sheet processing machine; (d) on the part of the film board processing machine; (d) on the part of the film board processing machine; (e) on the part of the film board 1; (e) on the part of the film board 2; and (e) on the part of the film board 198,000,000 (excluding value-added tax); and (e) on the part of the Plaintiff, on the part of the Defendant, on the part of the Plaintiff, on the total amount of KRW 198,000 (excluding value-added tax); and (e) on the part of the Plaintiff, 79,000,000 shall be paid after 60 days from the date of the contract; and (e) on the part of the Plaintiff, 200,000 won shall be paid after the completion of the contract (hereinafter referred to “the above part payment”).

(hereinafter “instant two contracts”. The instant one contract and the instant two contracts are collectively referred to as “each of the instant contracts”).

The Defendant paid to the Plaintiff KRW 49,00,000 on May 29, 2014, and KRW 30,000,000 on May 30, 2014 as the down payment under the instant one contract; ② on June 30, 2014, the Defendant paid KRW 20,000,000 as the down payment under the instant two contract; ③ on September 5, 2014, KRW 40,000 and KRW 74,00,000 on the aggregate of KRW 34,00,000 on September 30, 2014, as the intermediate payment under each of the instant contracts, to the Plaintiff.
