Criminal facts

1. Fraud;

A. On March 2016, the criminal defendant against the victim C was delegated by F and G to sell and purchase the victim at E restaurant located in Kimhae-si D with “the owner of the land with respect to the sea transportation listed on the land.”

B. On May 25, 2016, the Defendant: (a) at the victim I office of the victim I Co., Ltd., Ltd., the Defendant: (b) around Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si; and (c) at the office of the said executive director, K, the executive director of the said company, was delegated to sell and purchase from F and G, the ownership of the total pine trees and the total pine trees planted
