Defendant shall be punished by a fine of three million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is the owner of Goyang-gu B's land in Goyang-gu.

In order to prevent village residents from passing through the roads, the Defendant installed down posts around March 2018 on the roads, and installed two string machines around September 17, 2018 on the roads, around which September 2018, the Defendant obstructed village residents' traffic.
