[Defendant A] Defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On May 14, 2017, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), driving a GM6 vehicle under the influence of alcohol content of 0.16% while under the influence of alcohol, without obtaining a driver’s license from the 110-Dong apartment parking lot from around 110-dong to the same apartment 113-dong underground parking lot.

B. On May 14, 2017, at around 07:38, the Defendant: (a) obstructed the performance of official duties, at the same place as the foregoing 1.38; and (b) obstructed the Defendant: (c) committed assault by the Defendant at three times at the left hand, on the part of the Defendant, who was demanded the Defendant to take a alcohol test from the policeman belonging to the HJ of the Gangseo-gu Police Station HJ Station, who was called out after having received a 112 report on drinking at the same place as the foregoing 1.1; and (d) obstructed the Defendant’s request for a alcohol test.

As above, the Defendant interfered with the legitimate execution of duties by police officers I concerning the handling of reports.

2. On May 14, 2017, the Defendants violated the Punishment of Violences, etc. Act (joint injury) reported to the police by the Defendant A due to a drinking traffic accident at the victim J (53 Dose) at the 111-dong underground parking lot of the 29 Yol apartment 11-hon-ro, Gangnam-si, Gangnam-si, and around 10:0 on May 14, 2017, the Defendants reported to the police by the Defendant A as a drinking traffic accident. Defendant A saw the falth of the said victim’s falth, and falth of the victim’s chest and the right falth of the victim’s chest with the left hand, and Defendant B took the falth of the victim’s falth and falth of the Defendant’s falth with his left hand.

As above, the Defendants jointly carried out a 1 hand-on base, right-hand part, which requires approximately two weeks of treatment to the victimJ.
