B is a village of D at the time of residence, and the defendant A is an auditor of the above village.

1. On August 27, 201, at around 18:20 on August 27, 201, Defendant B interfered with traffic by leaving the C/L car for about one hour and 30 minutes in a way of parking the C/L car from around 19:50 on the same day, on the ground that water supply is contaminated by the said care source at the entrance of the access road to the F/L operated by the victim E at the time of stay, resulting in inconvenience by causing damage to agricultural products, and resulting in inconvenience to the vehicle. At the same time, Defendant B interfered with the operation of the C/L facility by force.

2. On September 9, 2011, the Defendants’ co-principaled Defendants: (a) parked a light flag on the sole access road of the above medical care center; (b) interfere with traffic by installing a vehicle traffic-related sign; and (c) at the entrance of the above medical care center at the entrance of the above medical care center on September 11, 201 in collusion to interfere with the operation of the medical care center facilities of the victim; (b) Defendant B up to September 5, 201, up to September 201, up to September 1, 201, up to September 5, 201, at the community hall located in D, where the said victim’s specialized elderly care center was polluted by water supply caused by water pollution; and (d) the vehicle damaged by water pollution; and (e) the vehicle damaged by the victim’s vehicle and the vehicle damaged by the victim’s health care center by means of force until September 14, 2011.
