In the auction procedure stated in the purport of the claim concerning the factory, dormitory, warehouse (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the auction object of this case”), which is one of the factories, dormitories, and buildings on the land (hereinafter collectively referred to as “the auction object of this case”), the court of execution, and the defendant Eul filed a report on the right and demand for distribution by asserting that the lessee who obtained the fixed date with respect to the dormitory among the auction objects of this case is the lessee who had obtained the fixed date under Article 8 of the Housing Lease Protection Act. ② The defendant C filed a report on the right and demand for distribution by asserting that he was the debtor of the above auction procedure, the debtor of the above auction procedure, and the defendant C filed a report on the right and demand for distribution by asserting that he was the worker who entered into a labor contract with the promotion of the conciliation and employment contract with the debtor of the above auction procedure, and ③ EsB Savings Savings Bank (the defendant SBA was merged into the Savings Bank of Korea) was the transferee of the right to collateral security interest of the Industrial Bank, which is the mortgagee of the right to collateral security.

On November 25, 2014, the court of execution prepared a distribution schedule of KRW 17,971,302 in total, KRW 19,890,151 in total, as a lessee with a small-sum lessee and a fixed date who had obtained a fixed date from Defendant B; KRW 7,535,926 in total, as a wage obligee to Defendant C; KRW 393,623,322 in total, including the cost of fire insurance premium, substitute payment and security guard payment with a mortgage-backed claim to SB Savings Bank; KRW 19,126,951 in total, and principal and interest of KRW 19,623,32 in total; and KRW 9,653,50 in arrears with Defendant C in accordance with an employment contract relationship with the National Health Insurance Corporation; and KRW 29,504,333 in total with Defendant C in relation to the promotion of conciliation of the Defendant Corporation (hereinafter “instant distribution schedule”).
