A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 4, 2016, the Defendant: (a) driven a private document without obtaining a driver’s license on the front road of Silung-si, B on August 4, 2016; and (b) was inspected by Silung Police Station C police officers in the Silung Police Station D, and (c) was able to engage in a sub-inspection as if he was friendly E in order to conceal the unlicensed driving.

Defendant 1 demanded the foregoing police officer to prepare a written statement of the vehicle operation, and signed the “E” on the name column, “E” in the name column, “F” in the resident registration number column, “E” in the dwelling column, “E” in the contact column, and “E” in the contact column and the statement column.

Accordingly, for the purpose of exercising authority, the Defendant forged a private document under the name of the above E on fact certification.
