1. The Defendant’s KRW 110,822,33 of the Plaintiff, and KRW 6% per annum from February 21, 2012 to June 28, 2013, as well as the Plaintiff.
Reasons
1. Basic facts
A. The Plaintiff is a company that operates indoor construction business and indoor interior interior interior interior decoration business, and the Defendant is the owner of the ground C (hereinafter “instant building”).
B. (1) On August 201, 201, the Defendant entered into a contract for construction of interior and interior interior interior works of the instant building (hereinafter “instant construction”).
(2) On August 26, 2011, the Plaintiff proposed a written estimate (hereinafter referred to as “instant estimate”) calculated by calculating the construction cost of the instant construction project to the Defendant at KRW 940,000,000 (value-added tax separate) (hereinafter referred to as “instant estimate”).
3) After that, the Plaintiff agreed to reduce the construction cost set forth in the written estimate of this case to KRW 900,000,000, and to separately determine the contract amount of the construction work set forth in the 1,000,000,000 won (in addition to the construction cost set forth in the 1,00,000,000 won for value-added tax (cost) construction work, 32,000,000,000 for the 22,000 external parking lots and 32,00,000,000 for the 18,000,000,000,000 for the interior design 30,000,000,005 five guest rooms, including the total construction cost set forth in the 1,00,000,0000,000 won for the 10,0000,010,010,0000 won for the 2019.
(hereinafter “instant contract” and “the instant contract” are deemed to be “the instant contract. On the other hand, in addition to the construction works set out in the instant written estimate, the details of the construction works added by agreement between the Plaintiff and the Defendant, as well as the construction works set forth in the said written estimate, are written in the instant contract. The entire payment method of the construction works is written in the instant contract.
