The defendant paid KRW 38,457,801 to the plaintiff and 5% per annum from May 15, 2020 to July 13, 2020.

Comprehensively taking account of the respective descriptions of evidence Nos. 1, 2, and 3 as to the cause of the claim and the overall purport of the pleadings, the Plaintiff, who is engaged in agricultural product processing and manufacturing business, supplied the Defendant with a sacrylology by May 14, 2020, and the unpaid amount of goods up to that time, constitutes 38,457,801.

Therefore, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 38,457,801 won for unpaid goods and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 5% per annum prescribed by the Civil Act from May 15, 2020 to July 13, 2020, the delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order from May 15, 2020, and 12% per annum prescribed by the Act on Special Cases concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the next day to the day of full payment.

2. If so, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified.
