A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 10, 2012, the Defendant: (a) around July 10, 2012, at the Seoul Western-gu C police box, the Defendant: “On July 10, 2012, the Defendant: “On July 10, 2012, at the 25,000, the Defendant was able to receive KRW 25,000,000,000 from Dnono Norri-gu Do; and (b) on the table, the two persons were able to write down her bridge and her clothes; (c) off his clothes, she exceeded her panty, she was off his panty; and (d) she was able to do so, and (d) the Defendant’s name was submitted to the person in charge of indecent act by force.” (e.g., the Defendant’s name was the person in charge of indecent act by force.
However, on July 10, 2012, the Defendant committed an indecent act, such as: (a) the Defendant: (b) was on the top of the te, F, G, and string the string of the te, f, and singing, which he had been a customer, and he left the string on the string; (c) he was forced to leave the clothes of the Defendant, and there was no indecent act by the EF and G, which was committed on the string of the string.
In this respect, the defendant was dismissed for the purpose of having E, F, and G be subject to criminal punishment.
2. A person who violates the Music Industry Promotion Act shall not drink alcoholic beverages with customers, provide entertainment services to customers by singing or dancing, or arrange other persons to provide such services in a singing room for profit. Nevertheless, around 22:00 on July 10, 2012, the Defendant provided that the Defendant would receive KRW 25,000 per hour, and that he/she would receive KRW 25,00 per hour, and that he/she provided entertainment services with the said E,F, and G for about 30 minutes.
