1. Basic facts

A. The status of the parties 1) The plaintiff is a clan consisting of the descendants of E, who are the descendants of D, and the plaintiff B and C is the members of the plaintiff clan. 2) The defendants are the deceased F, G, H, I, J, and K (hereinafter referred to as "the deceased")'s family members, who were the members of the plaintiff clan.
