1. The judgment of the first instance, including a claim for exchange change in this Court, shall be modified as follows:

A. The plaintiffs own R, the main apartment located in Q Q, Busan, as indicated below (hereinafter “the apartment of this case”).

B. The Defendant performed the construction of a new apartment complex with a scale of 46 households in Busan-gun Tro-Gun, Busan-gun, which is adjacent to the apartment of this case (hereinafter “instant construction”).

Payment shall be made by no later than December 20, 2019 from the first due date of payment of cash (Provided, That the payment may be delayed by 2,3 days depending on the circumstances). 베란다 샷 시는 2019년 12월 30일 후 제품제작 확인 가능하며 공사는 2020년 1월 31일까지 완료한다.

The plaintiffs' mechanical parking machine repair shall be usable, and the Corporation shall complete the construction work immediately after the completion of the main test for the new building in the P-site TM.

The defendant does not raise any objection even if he/she has committed a civil or criminal act or any other act in the event that the above contents are defective.

The plaintiffs shall not divulge or distribute the contents of this Agreement, and no one shall complete the instant construction work (the time of completion).
