The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

1. On April 24, 2019, the Defendant filed a report on April 24, 2019, at the entrance of the Cmiddle School located in Busan Southern-gu, as a matter of alcohol and charge, as the taxi engineer and charge.

이때, 신고 출동한 부산남부경찰서 D지구대 경위 E이 피고인에게 택시비를 지불하고 귀가할 것을 권유하자 택시기사가 듣고 있는 자리에서 “이 경찰새끼 니가 뭘 할 수 있는데, 기사 아저씨 이 경찰 아무것도 못 한다 봐라, 좃나 웃기네 이거 경찰 맞나, 좃나 웃기네 씹할 놈아” 라고 약 10분 동안 큰소리로 말하여 공연히 모욕하였다.
