1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 28,80,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from March 12, 2016 to the day of complete payment.

In full view of the facts without dispute, Gap evidence Nos. 1 and 2 and the purport of the entire arguments, the plaintiff entered into a construction contract with the defendant on April 5, 2013 with the purport that the plaintiff will pay 63,80,000,000 won for the construction work of LPG gas pipelines among the National Baekdudaegan Arboretums Creation Project, and completed the construction work on or around December 7, 2015. The above construction work was determined to be paid in cash on or after the end of the end of the month from each original date to the end of the 45,000 won, and the defendant paid 35,00,000,000 won for the construction work price to the plaintiff. Thus, the defendant is obliged to pay the remaining construction price to the plaintiff (63,80,000 won - 35,000,000 won) and damages for delay calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from March 12, 2016 to the day following the delivery date of the original payment order as requested by the plaintiff.

Therefore, the plaintiff's claim of this case is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
