1. The Defendant: (a) KRW 42,100,000 for the Plaintiff and 5% per annum from January 4, 2017 to September 11, 2018; and (b) the Plaintiff.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. The Plaintiff is a company with the objective of online marketing agency business, advertising agency business, advertising agency business, etc. The Defendant is a company with the objective of importing, manufacturing and processing grain, Internet shopping mall business, communications sales business, etc.

B. (1) On July 29, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract with the Defendant on the establishment and operation of a private channel with the main content that “The Plaintiff is entitled to KRW 59,500,000 (Additional Tax) for the following services: (a) during the period from July 29, 2016 to October 31, 2016, the Plaintiff entered into a contract on the construction and operation of a private channel (hereinafter “instant service contract”).

The defendant (hereinafter referred to as "A") and the plaintiff (hereinafter referred to as "B") shall enter into the following agency contracts to successfully perform online marketing activities through building and operation of Gap's own channels:

2. The scope of duties falling under the agency items shall be as follows:

1) Eul shall develop and operate a unit press website representing Gap's products and services. 2) Eul shall produce contents for Gap's unit press website and issue them on its website.

3) Eul develops Gap's shopping mall, and produces a detailed page; 4) Eul opens Eul's four servers, produces and issues contents, and visits management, comments comments, and administration;
