A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendant is the manager of the Category D store in Gwangju City, and the victim E (V, 16 years old) is the employee of the above Category D store.
The Defendant committed an indecent act on the part of female juveniles at least four occasions as follows.
1. On October 31, 2013, around 21:30, the victim was able to move in the vicinity of the Dolet building, and the victim was able to move in the front corner of the right edge of his FST5 vehicle and drive it on his own fM5 vehicle, thereby taking the victim’s head into G in Gwangju-si, Gwangju-si, and taking the victim’s head into the victim’s hand.

3. On November 2, 2013, around 01:00, the victim was able to move to the International Hostel parking lot located in Gwangju City, by driving the said vehicle with the mind that the victim was sM5 vehicle at the right seat of the pertinent SM5 vehicle, and driving the said vehicle on his own seat and forced to commit an indecent act.
