1. The Defendant is a person who operates a gambry and gambry room with the trade name of “E” located in the Geum-gu Busan Metropolitan Government D.
Despite the fact that the Defendant is not a medical person, from December 3, 2012 to January 10, 2014, the Defendant provided 645 persons subject to the procedure with mechanical equipment, text-related fences, color stuffs, etc. from the 2nd floor of the above building, and received 42,050,000 won in total in return for the provision of 645 persons subject to the procedure, using the gate with an extended weight attached to the customer who found the place.
Accordingly, the defendant was engaged in medical practice for profit-making purposes.

2. From August 6, 2014, the Defendant was a person who, from around August 6, 2014, reflected in “G” in “G” located in Busan Shipping Daegu 226, 227.
Notwithstanding the fact that the Defendant is not a medical person, around August 10, 2014, performed medical practice for profit-making purposes from around October 2014, as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes, including that: (a) around August 10, 2014, the Defendant: (b) around 2014, after being equipped with gate equipment, text and credit gate, color gate, etc.; (c) in the shape where the eye gate to be able to ask anesthesia for anesthesia, and (d) around October 10, 2014, the Defendant provided 270,000 won in return for anesthesia surgery; and (d) performed medical practice for profit-making purposes from that time until October 10, 2014 as indicated in the attached Table of Crimes.
