The lower court, based on its stated reasoning, caused the Plaintiff’s instant wounds due to the performance of duties or education and training.

Considering that there is a lack of recognition as being worse than natural progress, a proximate causal relationship between performance of duties, etc. and the instant difference was not recognized.

In light of the records, we affirm the judgment of the court below. Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, we do not err by misapprehending the legal principles on proximate causal relation.

Therefore, the appeal is dismissed, and the costs of appeal are assessed against the losing party. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
