Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is engaged in driving a new EFS for another car.

On December 1, 2012, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol of approximately 0.106% from the front of the Jinduk Man apartment located in Choyang-dong, Seocho-si around 21:0,00, to the front road located in the Si interest rate station located in the Si interest rate in Gyeonggi-si, the next day at around 00:35.
