Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 12:40 on July 14, 2014, the Defendant breadddd the victim’s face one time and two times on the chest by drinking at the New ICT Intersection 562-ro 34, Jinnyang-si, Jin-ro, 562, which was being towed by the victim B, with a view to preventing the victim’s vehicle from spreading, and preventing the victim’s vehicle from spreading, and assaulting the victim’s face one time and two times by drinking.
