Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around 14:20 on January 15, 2014, the Defendant made a public insult of the victim by openly exposing the victim C, who was released with his/her defense counsel, after completing a criminal trial in the first instance court of gender south support in front of the Sungnam-dong 75 Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong, Sungnam-dong 75.
