A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On April 24, 2013, at around 13:39, the Defendant driven B rocketing car without obtaining a driver's license from a bus terminal in front of the city bus terminal in order to ensure that it is located in the same scopic plane of the same military, from around 7 km section before the Gero Public Security Center of the Police Station, to the road in front of the same military.
