Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

From May 2016 to June 1, 2016, the Defendant advertised 723 of the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government Btel 723 on the Internet site, such as “C,” and reported on the advertisement, issued 130,000 to 20,000 won from male customers, such as E, in which the Defendant provided guidance to the said officetel, and had sexual traffic women, such as nicar and F of nationality, who are waiting in the atmosphere, do sexual traffic, do sexual intercourse with male customers.

Accordingly, the defendant committed commercial sex acts such as arranging commercial sex acts.
