A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a neighbor of the victim C (nive, 13 years of age).

1. On September 2012, the Defendant: (a) discovered a juvenile who passed the front road in the Defendant’s residence located in Gangnam-gu, Chungcheongnam-do, Chungcheongnam-do; (b) attempted to have sexual intercourse with the victim by sexual impulse; (c) made the victim read “to read writing”; and (d) let the victim enter the Defendant’s residence, and set off the inside door door; and (c) laid off the victim’s clothes on the floor; and (d) laid off the victim’s clothes.

Then, the Defendant: (a) went off from her body, and tried to capture the victim’s chest into the victim’s body, kid the victim’s chest, kid the victim’s chest, and kid by hand, and put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound; (b) however, the Defendant was not able to bring into the part of the victim’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sound.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to have sexual intercourse with a juvenile victim by force.

2. On February 16, 2013, the Defendant: (a) told the victim to have sexual intercourse with the said victim; (b) made the victim enter the Defendant’s place of residence by stating, “Handphone distribution box”; and (c) exceeded all the clothes of the victim; and (d) placed them on the floor.

Then, the Defendant tried to put the Defendant’s sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sexual organ, but the victim was unable to bring his her sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sexual organ and to bring her sexual organ into the part of the victim’s sexual organ, and the victim’s sexual organ on the part of the victim’s sexual organ on the part of the victim’s sexual organ and her sexual organ against her resistance.

Accordingly, the defendant tried to have sexual intercourse with a juvenile victim by force.

3. On April 12, 2013, the Defendant: (a) told the victim to have sexual intercourse with the said victim several times; and (b) called, “I see it as an internal house or an inner Myeon driving school; and (c) the victim did not comply with the request of the Defendant.”
