1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 24,395,654 and KRW 23,651,308 among them, from July 27, 2016 to the day of full payment.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
(2) Article 208(3)2 and Article 150(3) of the Civil Procedure Act (in case where the applicable provisions of the Acts apply mutatis mutandis), the creditor shall be deemed to be the plaintiff, and the debtor shall be deemed to be the defendant.
