Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A, D, Defendant B, and C, who interfered with their business, are marriedly married persons.

At around 19:30 on September 29, 2015, the Defendants: (a) 19:30 on September 29, 2015, the Nam-gu F Victim G She drinked to drink in the said restaurant; (b) 20:03 on the same day; and (c) 20:03 on the same day; (c) the victim’s “if one person performs a funeral, she should only engage in a funeral”; and (d) the Defendants called “if one person performs a funeral, she will look at the said shop again; and (e) reported that the victim continues to engage in his/her business on the same day, and (e) the Defendants got off the said restaurant for about one hour from around 22:40 on the same day to interfere with the business of the victim, thereby interfering with the victim’s business by leaving his/her horse on the side of the entrance or interfering with the victim’s business by force.

2. 상해 피고인 A은 2015. 9. 29. 22:10 경 포항시 남구 F, 위 G가 운영하는 “H” 식당 내에서 영업 방해하는 것을 나가라 고 한다는 이유로 "이 새끼가 장사 좃같이 하나" 라며 욕을 하면서 플라스틱 의자를 들어서 때릴려고 하고, G의 멱살을 잡아당기는 등 폭행하여 약 2 주간의 안정 가료를 요하는 경추 부 염좌, 양측 전 완부 위 타박상 및 찰과상의 상해를 가하였다.
