Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 6 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

On January 2, 2009, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000,000 for a fine due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the port branch of the Daegu District Court on January 2, 2009, and a summary order of KRW 3 million for the same crime at the same court on December 27, 2010, respectively.

At around 13:20 on September 6, 2014, the Defendant driven B Mt Motor Vehicle at a section of about 50km from the day before the Gambun-Eup's multi-lock flusium 0.241% of blood alcohol level to the roads front of the two dong and sugar in the north-gu, Sinpo-si.
