Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for not less than five months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in the business of driving a three-dimensional bus.

Around 18:00 on May 7, 2015, the Defendant driven the above vehicle, and proceeded at a speed of about 5 km as soon as possible from the border of the border road to the intersection of the low-speed green intersection, with four-lanes at the entrance speed of the 112 Bora Park, the entrance side of the Gandong Park, Seoul, Dongjak-gu, Seoul.
