A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 30, 2012, the Defendant received a summary order of KRW 4 million as a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act from the Incheon District Court.

1. On May 15, 2020, the Defendant violated Article 44(1) of the Road Traffic Act by driving a DNA car under the influence of alcohol concentration of 0.142% on the roads in front of C in Goyang-dong, Goyang-gu, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, despite the above criminal power.

2. A violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Bodily Injury resulting from Risk Driving) (the Defendant, who is engaged in driving of DNA car, was driving the said car under the influence of alcohol at around 23:20 on May 15, 2020, pursuant to the influence of alcohol level of 0.142%, he/she driven the said car and driven the front road B located in Ilsan-dong, U.S., one-lane from the area of the E hospital to C private distance.

At the time, the Defendant, under the influence of alcohol, was in an inaccurate state, face color was red and in a state of difficulty in driving normally, and there was a vehicle waiting for signal because there was an intersection in which signal apparatus was installed in the front section, and thus, there was a duty of care to prevent accidents in advance by driving the vehicle safely by driving the vehicle, such as checking the front section and the left well, accurately operating the steering wheel and brake system.

However, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, neglected to do so, neglected to neglect at the front of the passenger car operated by the Victim F (F, South, 40 years old) who was in the atmosphere of the signal at the front of the passenger car operated by the G Kan-Pac-Pac-Pac-Pac-Pac-Pac-Pac-Pac-Pac-Pac-Pac-Pac-Pac-P-Pac-Pac-Pac-P-Pac-P-Pac-P-Pac-Pac-P

As above, the Defendant driving the said car in a state where it is difficult to drive the car normally due to drinking and requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment to the victim F.
