1. All of the instant lawsuits are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Case history

A. On January 6, 1996, the Plaintiffs, including registration of preservation of ownership on the instant gas station building, completed each registration of ownership transfer of Plaintiff A4/10 shares, Plaintiff B, and 3/10 shares of 3/10 shares, on the ground of donation with respect to the area of 1,379 square meters in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan Metropolitan City on January 6, 199.

On May 1, 1998, the plaintiffs completed the registration of initial ownership of 1/3 shares of each plaintiff, B, and C, respectively, with respect to the third third third floor of the main building of the 2nd floor of the Plive D D ground reinforced concrete structure (hereinafter referred to as the "main building of this case") and the steel structure of the Plive slive slive slive slive slive slive slive slive slive slive slive slive slive slive slive sl

B. On August 20, 2014, the land category of 1,379 square meters is divided into 270 square meters and 1,109 square meters for D miscellaneous land in Gyeyang-gu, Seoyang-gu, Manyang-si, such as the division of land. On March 24, 2015, the land category was changed from "Masan-si" to "Masan-si."

On January 20, 2015, the Plaintiffs completed the respective registration of transfer of ownership with respect to Plaintiff A 4/10 shares, Plaintiff B, and 3/10 shares, based on the exchange with respect to F forest land 1,350 square meters in Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Yongsan-gu, Busan-si, Incheon-si. On June 15, 2015, the amount of 1,350 square meters for F forest land in Yongsan-gu, Incheon-do was divided into 915 square meters for F forest land and G 435 square meters for forest land.

C. On March 12, 2015, the Plaintiffs, including the change of use of the instant gas station building, removed hazardous materials facilities among the instant gas station buildings, and on May 19, 2015, filed a report on the change of use to neighborhood living facilities (hereinafter “instant change of use”). On May 22, 2015, the land category was changed from the “gas station site” to the “site” on May 22, 2015, and it was divided into E large 408 square meters and H large 701 square meters on June 15, 2015.

On June 15, 2015, the registration of the destruction of the instant gas station building was completed. D.

On May 20, 2015, the Defendant requested the submission of a statement of calculation of the first development charges, which changed the use of the instant case to the Plaintiffs.
