The Defendant was a person engaged in agriculture (livestock industry) while living in the Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Seoul. On September 2012, the Defendant caused forest damage equivalent to KRW 79,000 by illegally converting 22 square meters of forests into illegal use in the process of maintaining existing drainage channels and installing thorium pipes by using digging season for reasons such as soil and sand outflow and excellent inundation within the Do-dong, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-gu, Dong-gu, Yan-gu
