A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is not a person handling narcotics.

1. On October 21, 2014, the Defendant remitted 600,000 won to D psychotropic drugs as the purchase price for psychotropic drugs (hereinafter referred to as 'copon'). At around 02:30 of the same month, at the Defendant’s residence in Goyang-si E, Goyang-si, Goyang-si, the Defendant traded copon by sopon by sopon of approximately three copies (0.3g) of copon for daily use from D.

2. At around 02:40 on the same day, the Defendant, at the same place, injected approximately 0.05g of philophones purchased as above, by inserting approximately 0.05gg of philophones into a single-use injection and dilution with water into his arms.

3. At around 04:00 on the same day, the Defendant administered approximately 0.05g of philophones purchased as above in the same manner.
