A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On November 17, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to one year of suspension of the execution of six months of imprisonment with labor for a special assault at the Suwon Friwon, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 25, 2016.

On June 26, 2015, the Defendant made the victim E, who was introduced through D at a place where the above factory was located in Bupyeong-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seoul, to transfer KRW 13 million to the national bank account (G account number) in the name of F, which is the birther of D, under the same day as the down payment, from the damaged person, under the pretext of the same day. On June 26, 2015, the Defendant transferred KRW 40 million to the national bank account in the above F, under the name of intermediate payment and balance.

Accordingly, the defendant deceivings the victim and defrauds 53 million won in total.

[2016 Highest 4426] On June 5, 2014, the Defendant was forced to remove the Korean Technical Standard Institute at the time of Sejong City around October 2014. The Korean Technology Standard Institute was removed after the removal of the Korean Technology Standard Institute.
