Punishment of the crime

No one shall sell alcoholic beverages that are harmful to juveniles to juveniles.

Nevertheless, at around 19:50 on March 26, 2016, the Defendant sold alcohol and alcohol equivalent to KRW 142,700, including beer 500c and Soriju 12, without properly verifying the age of 12,000, juveniles F (the age of 16) and 12, located in Daegu-gu, Seogu, where the Defendant operated.
