1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff the amount of KRW 43,685,231 and KRW 42,720,485 among them from July 27, 2019 to the day of full payment.

Comprehensively taking account of the overall purport of the pleadings as to Gap evidence No. 1 (including additional numbers), the defendant concluded a contract to use credit cards with the plaintiff prior to around 2000 and followed credit card transactions. The defendant, as of July 26, 2019, delayed payment of the principal amount of KRW 42,720,485, fee 904,634, overdue charge 60,112, and overdue charge of KRW 43,685,231, the overdue interest rate determined by the plaintiff pursuant to the above credit card transaction agreement, respectively.

According to the above facts, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed damages for delay calculated at the rate of 23.9% per annum from July 27, 2019 to the date of full payment, as to KRW 43,685,231 and KRW 42,720,485 among them.

The plaintiff's claim is accepted.
