1. Defendant A, B, and C jointly and severally with the Plaintiff KRW 297,697,977 and KRW 265,922,645 among them.

Reasons

1. Basic facts

A. 1) Defendant A Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”). (hereinafter “Defendant Co., Ltd”).

(1) A credit guarantee agreement between the Plaintiff on March 31, 1995 (hereinafter “instant first credit guarantee agreement”) between the Plaintiff and the Plaintiff on March 31, 1995, with the guarantee period of KRW 31,00,000, and the guarantee period of KRW 30,000 as of September 30, 202.

The first credit guarantee contract, the Defendant A, B, C, and Non-party E shall jointly and severally pay 27,305,40 won and the amount of KRW 275,784,021 from June 7, 200 to May 25, 2005.
