Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

1. On April 2014, the Defendant filed a claim for the payment of insurance proceeds with the purport that “the Defendant shall move heavy things from the house to the Modern Marine Fire Insurance (State),” and that “the Defendant shall be hospitalized at B during a total of 15 days from April 14, 2014 to April 28, 2014, as he/she received hospitalized treatment at B during a total of 15 days.”

However, the defendant did not receive hospitalized treatment at the above temporary guard B.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received 450,000 won from the victim to the Defendant’s new bank account, and acquired it by fraud.

2. On December 2014, around December 2012, 2014, the Defendant filed a claim for the payment of insurance money to the effect that “the Defendant was faced with the victim’s fire insurance at home, the victim’s merts fire insurance, the victim’s merts fire insurance, the victim’s future life insurance, the victim’s modern marine fire insurance, the victim’s interest country fire insurance, and the victim’s interest country fire insurance.” From December 8, 2014 to December 22, 2014, the Defendant received hospital treatment at C for 15 days in total.”

However, the defendant did not receive hospitalized treatment at the above temporary Cwon.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victims, received KRW 750,00 from the victim's interesting fire insurance (state), KRW 360,00 from the victim's main life insurance (state), KRW 360,00 from the victim's future deposit insurance (state), KRW 450,00 from the victim's modern marine fire insurance (state), KRW 744,580 from the victim's merz fire insurance (state), KRW 30,00 from the victim's merz fire insurance (state), and KRW 300,00 from the victim's merz fire insurance (state) to each Defendant's new bank account, and acquired KRW 2,964,580 in total six times.
