Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 600,000 won.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 20, 2017, the Defendant driven a taxi at around 03:30, B rocketing corporations, which stopped in front of the basin in order to wait for the second time, while driving the taxi in the direction of a swimming distance from the mouth of a water station.

At this time, the vehicle was stopped to wait for passengers before before the vehicle is left behind.

C Systynain, the victim D (41) who is the driver of the said individual taxi, went out of the said car, and brought a dispute with the Defendant again, and again took the passengers on the vehicle, and brought the victim’s bath, and the Defendant was trying for the victim. The Defendant: (a) driving a taxi in the foregoing corporation, which is a dangerous thing, and then, (b) changed the lane from the two lanes to the three lanes from the three lanes in front of the Gangnam-gu, Gangnam-gu to the three lanes; and (c) the personal taxi driving the three lanes, while driving a taxi in the above corporation, threatening the victim by allowing the defendant to get the taxi driving.

Accordingly, the defendant threatened the victim D, who is a private taxi driver, using a dangerous object.
