G On January 19, 2017, the Seoul Eastern District Court sentenced one year of suspension of execution to one year of embezzlement due to occupational embezzlement, etc., and the judgment became final and conclusive on January 27, 2017.

No person whose qualification as a supervisor is verified shall allow another person to perform the construction supervision of electric facilities or lend a certificate of qualification as a supervisor issued by the Minister of Trade, Industry and Energy, and no person shall lend such certificate to another person, and no person shall lend it.

1. Defendant A lent the supervisor’s pocket book, which is a certificate of qualification as supervisor, to H, a stock company located in Songpa-gu Seoul, from June 9, 2008 to December 31, 2016.

2. From March 15, 2011 to February 2016, Defendant B lent the supervision original pocket book, which is a certificate of qualification for supervision, to H, a stock company located in Songpa-gu Seoul, Songpa-gu, Seoul.

3. Defendant C lent the supervision assistant pocketbook, which is a certificate of qualification for supervision, to H, a stock company located in Songpa-gu Seoul, from September 6, 2007 to June 30, 2016.

4. From March 1, 2012 to August 31, 2014, Defendant D lent a supervisor’s pocket book, which is a certificate of qualification for supervision, to H, a stock company located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government K.

5. Defendant E lent the supervisor’s pocket book, which is a certificate of qualification as supervisor, to H, a corporation located in Songpa-gu Seoul, from February 5, 2016 to December 31, 2016.

6. Defendant F lent the supervisor’s pocket book, which is a certificate of qualification as supervisor, to I located in Songpa-gu Seoul K from April 1, 2010 to December 31, 2016.

7. Defendant G

A. L lent the supervision assistant pocketbook, which is a certificate of qualification for supervision, to H, a stock company located in Songpa-gu Seoul, from September 1, 2013 to December 31, 2016.

Defendant 1 served as the chief of the management department at H Co., Ltd., and borrowed the supervisor’s pocket book as above.
