The judgment of the court below is reversed.
A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Reasons
1. Summary of grounds for appeal;
A. In spite of the fact that the Defendant did not steals another person's goods at the time and place stated in the 1-A criminal facts, the judgment of the court below which found the Defendant guilty of the above facts charged is erroneous and adversely affected the conclusion
B. Even if the facts charged of unfair sentencing are found guilty, the lower court’s imprisonment (one year of imprisonment) is too unreasonable.
2. Determination
A. The lower court stated that: (a) from around 10:30 on July 13, 2012 to around 13:40 on the same day, the victim D testified that she had taken the place of his/her residence in Seocho-gu Seoul Seocho-gu Seoul 3403 and stolen things into the house after destroying the iron entrance; and (b) the Defendant did not interfere with the crime that she did not she had her her her lebane at lower time around July 13, 2012 from the date of appeal; (c) on the other hand, considering that the criminal facts (the criminal facts referred to in paragraph (1) b) committed during the middle of 10:0 on July 2012, 201, which were recognized by the evidence duly admitted and investigated by the lower court, the above argument of the Defendant is inconsistent; (d) the Defendant alleged that she was too unfilled by the police and led to the confession of the above criminal facts, but it was considerably clear that he/she attempted to have stolen things from the prosecution.
