1. All of the plaintiff's claims are dismissed.

1. Details of the disposition;

A. From June 10, 2014, the deceased B (Cre, hereinafter “the deceased”) worked as U.S. dollars for D apartment (hereinafter “instant business establishment”) and died at around 00:55 on September 16, 2014.

B. On September 23, 2014, the Plaintiff, a child of the Deceased, claimed bereaved family benefits and funeral expenses to the Defendant on the ground of the deceased’s death.

C. On December 2, 2014, the Defendant rendered a disposition of survivors’ benefits and funeral site rent (hereinafter “instant disposition”) against the Plaintiff on the ground that “the deceased’s death does not have a proximate causal relation with his/her duties” (hereinafter “instant disposition”).

2. Whether the instant disposition is lawful

A. The Plaintiff’s assertion did not have a health problem before he worked as the U.S. dollars.

Although there were 106 and 107 members in charge of cleaning work of the deceased, the deceased had a lot of mental stress due to the problems, such as that he or she should work more than other workers, such as he or she has been in charge of cleaning the elderly's house, which was late on the day of his or her employment, and that he or she should prepare anti-competence when he or she is in charge of his or her occupation, and that he or she should prepare anti-competence.

As the deceased suffered difficulties due to continuous mental stress, during his/her service on September 13, 2014, he/she left from 10:00 with chest pain, and was diagnosed as a result of the internal border test conducted by “E” in “E” as a result of the internal border test.

In September 15, 2014, 2014.
