Defendant
A Imprisonment for one year, and each of the defendants B shall be punished by imprisonment for eight months.
However, for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. The Defendants and E’s joint criminal conduct committed an insurance fraud case using a high-class external car, resulting in the shortage of money due to a financial transaction with F, etc. with a bond company, and attracts the amount of money to the accomplices who act as a partner in the same four-line line E and Defendant B, etc. in order to avoid being suspected of being an insurance fraud. The Defendants and E intended to receive a traffic accident by intentionally purchasing the high-class external car with BMW 7ccz, a high-class external car, and to apply for a traffic accident and receive insurance money, and then obtain it by intentionally using the vehicle insurance company. Defendant B was on board the first place of the car in preparation for an investigation by an insurance investigator or investigation agency, and then, Defendant B conspired to open the place where the accident occurred to the road near the site in which the accident occurred, and to share the role of the traffic accident as if the accident occurred.
Accordingly, around October 27, 2014, Defendant A purchased GW 750i high-class car and concluded an automobile insurance contract with the victim Dong Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd. around that time. On October 30, 2014, at around 00:20, Defendant A, along with Defendant B, driven the said car to open the said car to the bottom of the road by driving the said car on the road at the left side of the Hag-gun of the Hah-gun, the above vehicle at around 00:20 on October 30, 2014, and caused the injury to the vehicle at the time of the fall. However, at around that time, the Defendants tried to escape from the victim Dong Fire & Marine Insurance Co., Ltd., which is the automobile insurance company of the said car, and then fell into the said car, and suffered from the injury to the vehicle at the time of the collision. E.
