A, Defendant C is an internal collector of the E religious organization F church, and Defendant B is the believers of the above church.

Victims G is the financial chairperson of the above church, the financial director of the above church, the victim H, and the victim I is the director general of the general affairs bureau of the above church.

Defendants organized a private organization within the church called "K" (the meeting of persons who love the F church) centering around J, which is a collector of the above church, and have continued conflict with the believers including victims who do not comply with the intentions of the Defendants within the above church at least twice a week.

피고인들은 피해자들의 교회출입을 막아 교회 관련 업무에서 피해자들을 배제하기로 L, M과 공모하여 2012. 6. 3. 07:30경부터 08:30경까지 사이에 서울 강북구 N 소재 F교회 입구에서 피해자들이 헌금계수 등 재정업무를 수행하기 위하여 교회에 들어가려고 하자, 피고인 C은 “더러운 새끼 비열한 자식”, ”그런 더러운 짓 하지 마라고!“ 등의 욕설을 하며 피해자들의 진로를 막고, 피고인 A는 피해자 H에게 “야 이 새끼야 가라고!”라고 욕설을 하고, 양팔을 벌려 피해자 G의 진로를 막고, L은 피해자 I의 팔짱을 끼며 삿대질을 하고, 신도 O의 몸을 배로 밀치고, M은 L의 뒤에 버티고 서서 피해자들의 진로를 막고, 피고인 B는 “꺼져! 당신 왜 왔어!”라고 소리쳐 피해자들이 교회에 들어오지 못하게 함으로써 위력으로써 피해자 G, H의 교회 재정업무를, 피해자 I의 교회 재정위원회로부터 돈을 받아 직원 급여 및 공과금을 지불하는 등의 총무국 업무를 방해하였다.
