By posting comments on “K” between 04:30 on the same day and 05:30 on the same day, the victim publicly stated the following facts: (a) the Defendant’s leakage of murder from the above “C” broadcast; and (b) the Kaka Stockholm account used by the victim; and (c) the victim’s personal information such as NAV address.

Accordingly, the defendant has damaged the reputation of the victim by exposing public facts through information and communication networks with a view to slandering the victim.

2. Around 04:53 on May 22, 2016, and immediately after broadcasting as indicated in paragraph 1, the Defendant: (a) connected the victim E NNB Brog (K) known to NNB by the NN PP; and (b) sent a notice to the victim on January 3, 2013, that “When the victim, regardless of the said broadcast, the son’s birth was displayed in any case in another country at the end of the end of 2012, the son’s parents were flabed to how much the son was flab and how they were flabed.”

“Publicly insulting the victim by posting comments on “the comments”.
